MARSHFIELD – The 2nd annual Elementary School Homecoming 1K Run will take place on Friday at the Marshfield Middle School Track starting at 4:30 p.m.
All runners will run around the track two times and finish at the 50-yard line inside Beell Stadium. A souvenir 2010 Miniature Homecoming Football
will be given at the finish line to the first 100 students who register. Registration will take place near the track garage beginning at 4 p.m.
The Marshfield Tiger mascot will be present and the Marshfield High School cross country team is sponsoring the event. There is no charge to participate.
A parent permission slip will be required to participate.
The Marshfield Tigers face the Merrill Bluejays at 7 p.m. at Beell Stadium in Marshfield’s annual homecoming football game.
