GILMAN – Hailey Zimmermann made four 3-pointers and scored a team-high 14 points to help lift the Marshfield Columbus Catholic girls basketball team to a narrow 33-30 win over Gilman in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game Thursday night at Gilman High School.

Emmalee Jicinsky added eight points and Maggie Callaghan chipped in seven points for the Dons, who are now 10-10 overall and 9-5 in the Cloverbelt East.

Madisyn James had four 3-pointers and 14 points for Gilman, which falls to 5-6 overall and in conference play.

Columbus Catholic plays at Owen-Withee on Friday and wraps up its regular-season schedule Tuesday at home against Spencer.
