WAUSAU – Marshfield’s Brielle Lenz and Lili Anaya finished in a tie for third at the season-opening Wausau East/West Girls Golf Invitational on Thursday at Trapp River Golf Course.
Lenz and Anaya had a combined score of 84 to tie a team from Stevens Point. Another team from Stevens Point was first with an 81, one shot better than a Wausau East/West duo.
There were no team scores in the event.
Marshfield will be back in action Monday at the Tomah Invitational at Hiawatha Golf Club.
