WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Marshfield won 10 of the 11 races and rolled to a 111-58 victory over Wisconsin Rapids in its Wisconsin Valley Conference girls swimming opener Thursday at Lincoln High School.
Marshfield won all three relays and got a pair of individual wins from Faith Risa, Ireland Moran and Skylar Onsager.
Risa won the 200-yard individual medley in 2:22.31 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:14.34; Moran was first int eh 50 freestyle (26.18) and the 100 backstroke (1:03.87), and Onsager took first in the 200 freestyle in 2:10.65 and the 100 freestyle in 56.61 seconds.
Terra Risa was first in the 100 butterfly in 1:04.62 for Marshfield’s other individual win.
Marshfield will compete at the Rhinelander Invitational on Saturday before hosting D.C. Everest for a WVC meet Tuesday.
