MEQUON – The Marshfield boys basketball team extended its winning streak to four with a 58-39 win over Brookfield East on Thursday at the Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at Concordia University.

The Tigers ran out to a 30-18 lead by halftime and were able to build on their lead in the second half, improving to 6-4 this season.

Brooks Hinson scored 16 points, Marcus Neve added 15 and Owen Hanson chipped in 14 for the Tigers.

Marshfield will have a week off before playing a nonconference game at Holmen on Friday, Jan. 6.
