The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association announced its 2023 Girls and Boys Basketball Academic All-State Awards to individuals that attain a high level of success in the classroom.

Academic All-State honors are given to those nominated athletes that must have played on the varsity team and had a grade-point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. The Elite Academic All-State award incorporates more robust academic review and on-court performance, and is given to just seniors. Nominees are reviewed for the Elite awards and 15 boys and 15 girls are selected by a committee. The Elite award winners will be announced at the WBCA All-State Banquest.

Nomination information was provided to all coaches, and recognition on the list is dependent on coach nomination and possible verification with schools.
