Auburndale wrestlers lose dual to Chequamegon

AUBURNDALE – Auburndale was hurt by five forfeits and dropped a Marawood Conference wrestling dual meet to Chequamegon 57-24 on Friday night at Auburndale High School.

Auburndale won only two of the seven matches wrestled. Justin Lewis pinned Tim Dabeau at 145 pounds and Aaron Swensen pinned Devin Dalby at 160 pounds for the Apaches, who also won two matches by forfeit.

Auburndale hosts Marathon on Thursday.
