Marshfield boys tennis drops regular-season finale to Rhinelander

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield boys tennis team dropped a 6-1 nonconference match to Rhinelander on Tuesday at the Boson Tennis Complex.

The Tigers’ lone win came from No. 1 singles player Kai Rens, who defeated Dalton Fritz, 6-4, 6-4.

Marshfield, which finished 3-2 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference dual meet season, will compete at the conference tournament Thursday at Wausau East.
