Marshfield Junior Legion baseball hammers Antigo

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Junior Legion baseball team scored four times in the bottom of the first inning and rolled to an 11-6 win over Antigo on Monday night at Jack Hackman Field.

Chris Pohl struck out six without a walk in five innings to earn the win, and also added two hits and two runs scored for the Junior Devils (4-6).

Bryce Schade knocked in three runs with a double, and Jakob Sadowska and Mason Anderson each had a double, two runs scored and two RBI in the win for Marshfield.

Marshfield plays a doubleheader at Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday.
