Hudson shuts out Marshfield football

HUDSON – The Marshfield football team lost its season-opener to Hudson 31-0 on Thursday night at Hudson High School.

Marshfield committed four turnovers, including three interceptions. One of the interceptions was returned 75 yards for a touchdown in the final minute of the first half by the Raiders’ Jack LaBlanc.

Justin Robey had two rushing touchdowns and Ross Yaeger added another for Hudson.

Individual statistics for both teams were not provided.

The Tigers (0-1) will travel to New Richmond for their final nonconference game Aug. 25.
