MENOMONIE – Marshfield won three of the 10 swimming events but its lack of depth put them in seventh place among the seven teams at Menomonie Girls Swimming Invitational on Saturday at Menomonie High School.
Marshfield won the 200-yard medley relay in 1:58.70, the 200 backstroke relay in 2:02.78, and the 100 freestyle relay in 52.99 seconds.
The Tigers lost a chance to move up in the standings due to not having swimmers in four different events.
Marshfield hosts its annual Tiger Invitational on Tuesday at Marshfield High School beginning at 5:30 p.m.
