MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Middle School girls tennis team won their second triangular meet of the week, winning 19 of 23 matches against Wisconsin Rapids and Antigo on Thursday at home.

Singles winners for the Tigers were Gideon Jones and Avery Stichert. Earning wins in doubles for Marshfield were: Evelyn Frederick, Madison Grove, Katie Ridgway, Isabelle Jennings, Stichert, Sylvia Lee, Vanessa Holtey, Sadie Karau, Jones, Isabella Cui, Cielo Xolio-Temich, Alayna Kober, Evie Bennett, Allison Gingery, Ava Hoffman, Skylar Barnes and Shannon Davis.

Marshfield will travel to Rhinelander on Tuesday against James Williams Middle School and St. Peter Middle School.
