AUBURNDALE – Auburndale won five matches by pin but the undermanned Apaches dropped a 42-30 decision to Edgar in a Marawood Conference wrestling dual Thursday at Auburndale High School.
Edgar won three matches by forfeit and added four more wins by pin to take the match.
Earning pins for Auburndale were Hunter Godard (126 pounds), Dylan Baird (132), Isaiah Hasenohrl (138), Keller Wolfe (170), and Samuel Hasenohrl (285).
Auburndale hosts its annual tournament on Saturday.
