MARSHFIELD – Alyvia Dietsche won the balance beam and the all-around titles, and Marshfield finished with a season-high score as it won its home Marshfield Gymnastics Invitational on Saturday at Marshfield High School.
The Tigers finished with 136.45 points, with Waupun a distant second with 130.425 points.
Dietsche won the balance beam with a score of 8.85, and placed third in both the vault (8.9) and uneven bars (8.45) to end up with a meet-best all-around score of 35.075.
Abigail Pietsch added a second-place finish in the uneven bars (8.65), and Serenah Tippett was runner-up in both the balance beam (8.8) and floor exercise (8.75) for the Tigers.
Marshfield will finish its regular season on Thursday with a triangular at Stevens Point, along with Wisconsin Rapids. Competition begins at 5:45 p.m.
