STRATFORD – The Stratford girls basketball team finished its regular-season with a 52-37 loss to Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Thursday at Stratford High School.
Anna Schooley scored 19 points and Addi Vollert had 18 for Assumption, which ends its regular season at 22-2 and a perfect 16-0 in the Marawood South.

Stratford will host the winner of Tuesday’s game between Abbotsford and Colby in a WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal on Friday, Feb. 23.
