NEW RICHMOND – The Marshfield girls soccer team settled for a 1-1 tie with New Richmond in its 2024 season opener Tuesday at New Richmond High School.
Grace Taylor scored unassisted at the 8:23 mark for Marshfield and the score held until New Richmond tied it up 1:23 into the second half. Neither team scored the rest of the way.
Marshfield will make its annual trip to Urbana, Ill., for a two-day tournament Friday and Saturday.
