COLBY – The Columbus Catholic softball team won its fifth game in a row, rolling past Colby/Abbotsford 19-0 in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division matchup Friday at Colby High School.

The Dons scored 10 times in the second inning and added six more in the third to finish off the game via the 15-run rule.

Sam Casperson had three hits, scored four times and drove in four more, and Katelyn Casperson and Ciena Adler each finished with two RBI for Columbus Catholic (11-3, 8-0 Cloverbelt East).

Columbus Catholic will host Spencer for a conference doubleheader Monday at the Marshfield Fairgrounds starting at 4:30 p.m.
