STRATFORD – Mike Reimer set a Stratford STAR men’s basketball league record with 86 points in Victory Apparel’s 169-90 win over Rozellville Lions on Sunday night.
Andrew Woodard added 26 points and Clint Schlinsog had 21 for Victory Apparel. Jake Kolb had 27 points and Isaac Kolb chipped in 22 for Rozellville.
Bryan Weichelt scored 26 points and Kacey Meyer, who scored 80 points in a game earlier this year, had 21 to lead Marawood Construction to a 92-88 win over Smazel’s Hunters Choice. Chris Hannual had 35 points and Jimmy Flink added 24 for Smazel’s.
Tony Schultz had 34 points, Andy Bliven scored 26 and Kyle Davis had 24 to lead Crew Entertainment to a comfortable 118-81 win over Bro’s. Ryan Schalow scored 27 points and Chris Newburry had 22 for Bro’s.
DFF Kitchen Cabinets beat T-Banger’s Bar & Grill 67-57 behind 24 points from Shawn Lee and 20 from Justin Matsick. It was T-Banger’s first loss of the season.
Nick Sternitzky scored 36 points and Chad Sternitzky added 25 to lead Festival Foods past L&N Hardwoods 101-49. Josh Franklin scored 28 points for L&N.
Resource Recovery beat The Shack 67-59 and Down Under edged Selma’s 56-53. No leading scorers were provided for either game.
