Columbus Catholic girls tennis team crowns three champions at Great Northern Conference Tournament

ANTIGO – Elizabeth Manlick, Scout Inman and the No. 2 doubles team of Daniela Ceron and Riley Roehl each won conference titles for Marshfield Columbus Catholic on Wednesday at the Great Northern Conference girls tennis tournament.

Manlick finished the GNC season undefeated at No. 1 singles and was unanimously chosen the conference player of the year by the coaches.

Inman won the GNC title at No. 2 singles for the Dons, who finished second in the team standings behind Rhinelander.

The No. 3 doubles team of Jerra Kumm and Rebecca Lamermayer finished second and the No. 3 doubles team of Nikki Hertl and Abby Gotz took third for Columbus.

The Dons will play at Wisconsin Rapids Assumption on Thursday to wrap up their regular season and head to Appleton to play in the WIAA Division 2 subsectional at the Fox Cities Racquet Club on Monday.
