Marshfield football playoff game against Mequon Homestead changed to Saturday

The WIAA Division 2 Level 4 state semifinal football game between Marshfield (10-1) and Mequon Homestead (10-1) has been rescheduled for Saturday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. at Titan Stadium in Oshkosh.

The game was originally announced for Friday at 7 p.m. but was changed Monday morning.

Waunakee (11-0) takes on Whitefish Bay (10-1) in the other Division 2 semifinal at 7 p.m. Saturday at Kettle Moraine. The winners will play in the Division 2 state championship game at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison on Friday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m.

Tickets for Saturday’s game at Titan Stadium cost $4 for all spectators age 7 and over, and $1 for children 6 and under.

Tickets will be pre-sold at the Marshfield High School office today, Monday, from noon to 3:45 p.m., and on Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Also, tickets will be available at the gate at Titan Stadium starting at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday.

A fan bus is also available. Fans may sign up at the high school office before Friday for $8, which includes a ticket to the game.

No passes are accepted at WIAA playoff events.

For those fans unable to make it to Oshkosh, the game will be broadcast live on WDLB-AM 1450 and online at wdlbwosq.com, with pregame starting at 12:30 p.m.
