MARSHFIELD – Marshfield won three events in a 95-75 loss to Wisconsin Rapids in a Wisconsin Valley Conference boys swim meet Thursday at Marshfield High School.
Denver Anderson won the 50 freestyle in 24.37 seconds, Brian Engel won the 100 freestyle in 57.04 and Zach Korth was the winner in the 100 breaststroke in 1:09.56 for the Tigers’ three individual victories.
Marshfield falls to 1-5 in WVC dual meets this season. Rapids is now 3-2.
Marshfield’s next meet is at home on Jan. 30 against Stevens Point.
