STRATFORD – Cain Trunkel scored 33 points to lead Rose Bowl Lanes to a 102-76 win over USBancorp during Stratford STAR Men’s Basketball League action Sunday.
Malachi David scored 28 points in the loss for USBancorp.
In other action Sunday:
*Arby’s edged Marshfield Country Club 87-84. Cole Oppman had 23 points and Mack Scheppler added 22 for Arby’s. Chris Klempke had a league-high 36 points in the loss for MCC.
*Davis Auto whipped Resource Recovery 89-62. Kyle Davis had 21 points for Davis Auto. Scott Gebelein led all scorers with 28 points for Resource Recovery.
*Ben Zalizniak had 26 points to lift Dental Crafters to a 71-66 win over The Shack. Dan Wenzel led The Shack with 23 points.
*The Shack II won a pair of games, beating Victory Apparel 82-71 and Country Wireless 100-82. Jake Frombach had 27 points in the win over Victory Apparel, while Brandon Chrouser had 21 in the victory over Country Wireless. Mike Riemer had 31 points for Victory Apparel and Jake Kolb led Country Wireless had 27.
*Kizzy & Sue’s Bar & Grill topped Smazel’s Hunters Choice 90-67. Matt Klawitter had 23 points and Aaron Linzmeier scored 20 for Kizzy & Sue’s. Jimmy Flink led Smazel’s with 22 points.
*Marawood Construction defeated A&B Process Systems 88-70. Mike Kupfer had 26 points and Bryan Weichelt had 20 for Marawood. Andy Bliven led A&B with 24 points and Cam Diedrich had 20 in the loss.
