WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Derek Michalski shot an 85 to finish third for the Marshfield boys golf team at the Wisconsin Rapids Triangular on Monday at Bull’s Eye Country Club.
Stevens Point won the meet with a team score of 331, with Marshfield second (359) and Wisconsin Rapids third (427).
Taylor Thomas shot a 76 to win the meet and Max Banker was second with an 82 to lead Stevens Point.
Jordan Schlinsog added an 88, Zach Shortess fired a 90, and Grant Michaelis had a 96 to round out the scoring for the Tigers.
Marshfield will complete at the first of seven Wisconsin Valley Conference meets on Friday at Stevens Point Country Club.
