STANLEY – The Spencer/Columbus Catholic wrestling team had five pins and went on to defeat Stanley-Boyd/Owen-Withee 46-24 in a Cloverbelt Conference dual meet Tuesday night at Stanley-Boyd High School.
Dominick Wichlacz (120 pounds), Bryce Shaw (145), Carson Hildebrandt (170), Hunter Luepke (220) and Logan Zschernitz (285) won by pin for the Rockets.
Ashton Ackman (106) added a major decision and Caden Schillinger (152) won in overtime for Spencer/Columbus, which is now 1-1 in the conference.
Spencer/Columbus will host a multi-dual meet, which includes Stratford, on Friday night.
