Oshkosh North tops century mark in win over Marshfield boys basketball

OSHKOSH – The Marshfield boys basketball team dropped its second-straight game to start the season, losing to Oshkosh North 103-67 at the Oshkosh Classic at Oshkosh West High School on Saturday night.

North, playing its season opener, jumped out to a 54-28 lead by halftime and didn’t let up, topping the century mark in points.

Quincy Anderson scored 36 points, and Wesley Schiek and Tyrese Haliburton each had 21 for the Spartans.

Seth Anderson scored 20 points and Adam Hauge added 17 for Marshfield.

The Tigers will play their home opener Tuesday against Holmen.
