GRANTON – Heavyn Kind poured in 26 points to push the Spencer girls basketball team to a dominating 60-15 win over Granton in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division game Friday night at Granton High School.
Spencer is now 5-8 overall and 3-7 in the Cloverbelt East. Granton remains winless at 0-15 overall and 0-9 in conference play.
Jorie Meyer added eight points, Madison Knecht and Zalesix Mannigel each had six points, and Rebecca Mlsna, Elexa Post and Haylee Hopperdietzel had four points each for the Rockets. Emily Klaus also added two points in the win.
Granton statistics were not reported.
Spencer plays a nonconference game at Athens on Monday.
