150 runners take part in Hewitt Fire Department 5K fund raiser

HEWITT – Steve Frericks of Marshfield and Kelly Ongna of Hewitt finished first Saturday morning at the 11th annual Hewitt Area Volunteer Fire Department 5K Pumpkin Run.

A total of 150 runners competed in the run to benefit the Hewitt Fire Department.

Frericks won the men’s division in 16:35.21 and Ongna was the women’s division champ, finishing in 20:32.62.

There were 14 divisions, based on age. Here are the top finishers (times not included):
