Marshfield boys track dominates D.C. Everest in home indoor dual

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield and D.C. Everest boys track and field teams participated in a dual indoor meet Tuesday at the Chips Hamburgers Fieldhouse at Marshfield High School.

Team scores were not kept.

Earning wins for Marshfield were: Isaac Dagit in the shot put (39 feet), Luke LeMoine in the triple jump (36-1¾) and the long jump (18-10), Jeffery Marsh in the high jump (5-6), the 4×880 relay team of Michael Dick, Owen Hoerneman, Mason Horn and Brandon Messmann (9:51.82), Trevor Foemmel in the 60-yard hurdles (8.59 seconds), the 4×160 relay team of Evan Pretsch, Joshua Schaefer, Joshua Steinbach and Camren Dennee (1:16.17), Jesse Messmann in the 440 (58.73), Horn in the mile (5:40.02), Graham Lonsdale in the 880 (2:12.10), and the 4×440 relay team of Foemmel, LeMoine, Lonsdale and Jesse Messmann (4:00.01).

D.C. Everest had three wins, all from Matt Nielsen. He won the pole vault (11-6), 60-yard dash (6.88 seconds) and 220 (25.90).
