PRENTICE – The Auburndale football team continued its dominating start to the 2022 season with a resounding 62-0 victory over Rib Lake/Prentice on Friday night at Prentice High School.
The Eagles racked up 321 yards rushing on just 34 carries and scored seven first-half touchdowns in the rout.
Evan Scholl needed just seven carries to run for 123 yards and three touchdowns, and he also added an 82-yard interception return for Auburndale.
Quarterback Trayton Weber added 50 yards on the ground and two scores, and threw for another 78 yards, and Colton Weiler totaled 61 yards rushing and a score for the Eagles.
Kaden Anderson and Mason Meissner also had rushing TDs in the victory.
Auburndale (2-0), which has outscored its opponents 138-0 in its two victories this season, will play a nonconference game at Loyal on Sept. 2.
