MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Middle School girls tennis team improved its season record to 8-2 with a narrow 10-8 win over Antigo on Thursday at the Boson Tennis Complex.
Singles winners for the Tigers, who were 7-5 in singles, were: Jasmine Buth, Greta Frye (double winner), Alyana Kober, Maddie Kundinger Sylvia Lee and Sophia Rosandich.
Marshfield also picked up three doubles victories.
Marshfield will have a rematch with Antigo at Antigo High School on Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.
