SPENCER – Colby came from behind to win the final two sets and take a tight 3-2 decision over Spencer in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division volleyball finale for both teams on Thursday at Spencer High School.
Colby won 25-13, 23-25, 25-27, 25-18, 15-8, to finish the Cloverbelt East season at 4-3. Spencer ends up 1-6.
Claudia Krause had eight kills, Hannah Reckner and Hayly Smith each added seven kills, Alexa Stange had 34 digs, and Hallie Meyer had 21 assists and 10 digs to lead the way for the Rockets.
Spencer will host Fall Creek in the seventh-place game of the Cloverbelt Conference Crossovers on Tuesday starting at 7 p.m.
