NEKOOSA – Alex Willfahrt had three hits, scored three times and drove in four more as the Auburndale baseball team earned a 14-6 nonconference win over Nekoosa on Monday at Holland Field.

The Eagles trailed 3-1 after three innings before scoring 12 times in their final three at-bats to pick up the victory.

Blake Raab added two hits and two RBI, and scored three times, for Auburndale, which improves to 5-2 this season.

Auburndale hosts Wausau Newman Catholic on Tuesday for a Marawood Conference South Division game. First pitch is 4:45 p.m.
