STRATFORD – Jack Tubbs and Landon Zawislan both homered, and Braeden Schueller threw a five-inning one-hitter as the Stratford baseball team shut out Rib Lake 10-0 in a nonconference game Friday at the Tiger Stadium Baseball Field.

Stratford scored six times in the second inning and added four more in the third to give Schueller more than enough, as he finished with six strikeouts and two walks.

Tubbs also had a double and drove in three runs, and Vance Kielman and John Seitz each had two RBI for the Tigers, who are now 9-3 this season.

Stratford hosts Athens for a nonconference game Monday before playing a doubleheader at home against Wausau Newman Catholic on Tuesday to end its Marawood Conference South Division schedule.
