STRATFORD – Laney Pankratz and Tria Tubbs combined on a five-inning shutout as the Stratford softball team blanked Rib Lake 10-0 in a nonconference contest Friday at Hilgemann Field.
Pankratz struck out four and didn’t walk a batter in three innings, and Tubbs finished up with three strikeouts and no walks in two innings for the Tigers (12-6).
Bailey Linzmaier had two hits, and Tessa Berg and Trista Larocque each drove in two runs for Stratford.
Stratford will compete at the Gilman/Thorp Tournament on Saturday.
