RHINELANDER – Rhinelander scored three times in the bottom of the sixth inning to spoil a terrific start from Stratford pitcher Braeden Schueller and beat the Tigers 4-3 in a nonconference game Tuesday at Stafford Field.

Schueller struck out seven and walked one, allowing only four hits, in a complete-game effort for Stratford, which finishes its regular season at 14-5.

Jack Tubbs had three hits and scored three times, and Riley Spindler and Schueller each had two hits for the Tigers.

Stratford hosts Cadott in a WIAA Division 3 regional quarterfinal Thursday at Tiger Stadium Baseball Field at 5 p.m.
