COLBY – Spencer came back from a two-set deficit but couldn’t pull out the win as Colby prevailed 3-2 in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division volleyball finale Thursday night at Colby High School.
Colby won 25-20, 25-9, 22-25, 15-25, 15-5, to finish the Cloverbelt East season at 6-1. Spencer ends up 3-4.
Hannah Reckner had 15 kills, Alexa Stange had a team-high 36 digs, and Alisia Bocchino had 26 assists and 14 digs for the Rockets.
Spencer will compete in a Cloverbelt Crossover match on Tuesday.
