WAUSAU – The Marshfield boys swim team wrapped up its Wisconsin Valley Conference dual meet season with a resounding 140-25 win over Wausau East/West on Thursday at Wausau East High School.
Marshfield won all 11 events against a short-handed East/West, taking the top three spots in each individual race.
Simon Dagit was the Tigers’ lone two-event winner, taking first in both the 50-yard freestyle (23.16 seconds) and the 100 butterfly (1:00.58).
Marshfield finishes the WVC season with a 4-4 dual meet record.
Marshfield will be off until the Wisconsin Valley Conference Meet on Thursday, Feb. 1, at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School.
