CHIPPEWA FALLS – Second-ranked Chippewa Falls McDonell rolled out to a 20-point lead by halftime and defeated Marshfield Columbus Catholic 70-32 in a nonconference game Tuesday at McDonell Central High School.

The Macks, ranked second in this week’s Wissports.net Division 4 state coaches poll, had four players score in double figures and are now 18-1 this season.

Courtney Sommer led Columbus Catholic with 11 points.

Columbus Catholic (7-12) returns to Cloverbelt Conference East Division action Thursday at home against Colby.
