OCONTO – The Spencer boys basketball team upset No. 3 seed Oconto 69-61 in a WIAA Division 4 regional semifinal Friday night at Oconto High School.
The Rockets (15-7), seeded sixth, will play at No. 2 Stevens Point Pacelli (20-2) in a Division 4 regional final at 7 p.m. Saturday at Pacelli. The winner advances to next week’s sectional.
Oconto’s season ends with a 16-7 record.
Spencer trailed 47-44 entering the fourth quarter before outscoring the Blue Devils 25-14 in the final period to pull out the victory.
Mitchell Susa led Spencer with 20 points.
