Marshfield girls hockey team going pink to raise money for Coaches vs. Cancer

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield girls hockey team will holding a fundraiser on Thursday, Feb. 3 when they host Stevens Point/Wisconsin Rapids in an effort to raise money to benefit Coaches vs. Cancer and the American Cancer Society.

Marshfield Clinic will donate $1 for every paid admission and area businesses will donate another $1 for each fan who is wearing pink to Coaches vs. Cancer and the American Cancer Society. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students.

A coaches shootout, raffles and more are planned for the event.

The game begins at 7 p.m. at the Marshfield Youth Recreation Ice Center at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.
