Spencer grad Kyleigh Hebert starts freshman season for Minnesota State Moorhead women’s basketball team

MOORHEAD, Minn. – Kyleigh Hebert, a 2012 graduate of Spencer High School, has begun her freshman season on the Minnesota State University Moorhead women’s basketball team.

Hebert had played in all four of the Dragons’ games this season, scoring four points in 36 minutes. She had all of her points in a 93-60 win over Minnesota-Morris on Nov. 16.

Moorhead recently completed a trip to Hawaii, where it lost to Hawaii-Hilo and defeated BYU Hawaii on Nov. 22-23 in the Oahu Classic.

Hebert has added seven rebounds and two assists, serving as a reserve guard for the Dragons.

Moorhead (3-1) returns to action Saturday at Northern State (S.D.).
