MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Columbus Catholic boys basketball team remains in a tie for first place in the Cloverbelt Conference East Division with a 49-36 win over Granton on Thursday night at Columbus Catholic High School.
Columbus improves to 7-2 overall and 5-1 in the Cloverbelt East. The Dons are tied with Spencer and Owen-Withee for first place in the standings. Granton drops to 1-7 and 0-6 in the Cloverbelt East.
Columbus is off until Jan. 3 when it hosts Greenwood.
