EAGLE RIVER – Marshfield scored four times in the first period and rolled to an 8-1 win over Northland Pines in a nonconference boys hockey game Tuesday.

Henry Hoerneman scored just 1:20 into the game to get the ball rolling for Marshfield.

Sawyer Schindler scored twice and had two assists, and Payton Smith had two goals and three assists in the win for the Tigers, who improve to 6-3.

Marshfield plays at Antigo on Thursday.
