ST. CROIX FALLS – Treyton Ackman finished second to earn the Spencer/Columbus Catholic’s only top-eight finish at the St. Croix Falls Wrestling Invitational on Saturday.
Spencer/Columbus was 18th among the 22 teams with 23 points.
Ackman suffered his first loss of the season, losing to Ian Raintz of Glenwood City 7-3 in the 120-pound championship match. Both wrestlers are now 25-1 this season.
