SHEBOYGAN – The Marshfield Post 54 Legion baseball team split a pair of games at the Sheboygan Legion Tournament on Friday, losing to Viroqua 6-4 before coming back to beat Sheboygan 6-1.
Brock Bennington, Nick Urban and Ben Dietsche each had two hits in the loss to Viroqua.
Homolka picked up the win against Sheboygan, striking out seven without a walk in five innings. Cole Timmler had a double and two RBI, and Bennett Lang and Mason Pavloski each had RBI in the victory for the Blue Devils (8-5).
Marshfield will play Plover at 12:30 p.m. Saturday as the tournament continues.
