SPENCER – The Spencer volleyball team was swept by Gilman in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division match Tuesday night, falling 25-15, 25-11, 25-23.
Spencer is now 0-3 in the Cloverbelt East, while Gilman improves to 1-1.
Hayly Smith had three kills and nine digs, Alexa Stange had a team-high 11 digs, Hallie Meyer had five assists, and Addie Foley and Claudia Krause both had three kills as well for Spencer.
Spencer will compete at the Abbotsford Invitational on Saturday.
