MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Middle School girls swim team hosted a triangular on Tuesday at Marshfield High School, finishing second behind Medford. Wisconsin Rapids was third.
Sophia Kayhart won the 50-yard butterfly in 33.75 seconds, and Kadren Klumb was first in the 100 freestyle (1:06.69) and the 50 breaststroke (38.63) to lead the Tigers.
Marshfield also won the 400-yard freestyle relay as Emma Hebbring, Kayhart, Kira Kotek and Klumb swam in 4:58.04.
Marshfield is back in action at the Stevens Point Relays on Sept. 28.
