Stratford volleyball comes from behind to win at Marathon

MARATHON – The Stratford volleyball team dropped the first set before rebounding for a 3-1 win over Marathon in a Marawood Conference South Division match Tuesday night at Marathon High School.

Stratford won 12-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-18, to remain undefeated in the Marawood South at 3-0. Marathon falls to 1-2.

Daisy Yoder had 11 kills, Kalyn Schueller added eight kills, four service aces and 11 digs, McKenzie Novotny had 10 digs, Emerson Roy had 15 assists, and Laney Pankratz had 10 assists for Stratford.

Stratford will play at the Abbotsford Invitational on Saturday.
