EDGAR – The Auburndale volleyball team finished 1-2 at the Edgar Invitational on Saturday.
The Eagles lost to Abbotsford 22-25, 25-20, 14-16, and Rib Lake 17-25, 17-25, before defeating Bruce in its final match 25-7, 25-3.
Sidney Wolff had a team-high 27 kills, Alana Steines had 11 kills, Maggie Baltus had 20 digs and eight assists, and Myah Katezenberger had nine kills and seven assists for the Eagles.
Chesney Nagel and Kylie Anderson each added 17 digs for Auburndale.
Auburndale will compete at the Marawood Conference Crossovers at Marathon on Tuesday before finishing its regular season with a nonconference match at Pittsville on Thursday.
