Stratford volleyball sweeps nonconference match at Colby

COLBY – The Stratford volleyball team continued its strong play to start the season as it earned a 3-0 sweep of Colby in a nonconference matchup Tuesday night at Colby High School.

The Tigers won 25-16, 25-15, 25-23.

Kalyn Schueller had 17 kills and 19 digs to lead Stratford in each category.

Emerson Roy had 15 assists, Laney Pankratz added 10 assists and five digs, Carly Pankratz had seven digs, and Daisy Yoder and Tria Tubbs each chipped in with five kills for Stratford.

Stratford hosts Pittsville for another nonconference matchup Thursday at 7 p.m.
